How do I find out what vacancies are available?

Most vacancies available at AKSEN are graphic designers. If there are vacancies open in other positions, we will inform it through our social media accounts

How do I apply for the job?

Send over your CV and portfolio to hiring@aksentuasi.com with subject "Job Application" or "Internship Application"

What document attachments are needed to apply?

Ensure your CV and portfolio are up to date, are saved on your computer, and ready to upload

Accepted file formats are .doc or .docx (Microsoft Word) .pdf (Adobe Acrobat), and .jpeg, .jpg or .png (images). File size is limited to 20MB

Note: When attaching documents you must compile them. For example, all projects must be compiled into one document and uploaded under the ‘portfolio’ section

What happens after I have sent my job application?

Once you have sent your application, you will receive an email acknowledgment that your information has been received. Applications with missing documents will not be processed until all the required documentation has been received

Our Recruitment Team do their best to review the candidate pool for open positions in a timely manner. Due to overwhelming responses, it may take several weeks to complete this process. We appreciate your patience during the review process

Only candidates who are being considered for an interview will be contacted

Why didn't I receive an email confirming receipt of my job application?

If you did not include your email address in your profile, you will not receive email notification

If you did provide an email address, it is possible that the notification went into your junk email folder

What should I expect during the interview process?

The interview process is one of our best opportunities to get to know your potential, also for you to get to know our businesses. In most cases, candidates will meet with our Creative Director or sometimes with other directors

You’ll be asked questions about your academic and work experiences, and you’ll have a chance to ask some questions of us. You should also have a good sense of what value you think you may bring to our team and be prepared to offer examples of your past achievements
